LexisNexis Academic & Library Solutions is the premier publisher of research collections and reference solutions for libraries worldwide. Our products and services cover a wide array of offerings in electronic and traditional media--all designed to make vast information sources completely manageable. For the 2003 SCELC Vendor Day, we will be focusing on our electronic products. Both Christine Hansen-Fitch (Regional Sales Representative) and Kelly Peterson (Information Professional Consultant) will be attending. We will be presenting some of our new databases including LexisNexis Country Analysis, LexisNexis Current Issues and LexisNexis Primary Sources in U.S. History. These primary source databases are all ideally suited for both undergraduate and graduate use.

In addition, Kelly will hold update sessions on the "Quick News" functionality and the redesign of LexisNexis Academic that was implemented last fall. She will also discuss some recent enhancements to the database including the removal of the source selection dropdown for the Tribune publications (including the Los Angeles Times).
