Summary of Reciprocal Faculty Borrowing Privileges

One of the benefits of membership in SCELC is our Reciprocal Faculty Borrowing Program. This Program is intended to enable mutual borrowing for faculty or other qualified researchers among participating SCELC libraries. SCELC has revised its reciprocal borrowing policies and procedures, so please review the Policies and Procedures (this is a PDF document).

To participate in this program your institution must submit Summary of Reciprocal Borrowing Privileges (this is a Word document) to the SCELC Administrative Office. Please download the summary and fill out the document on your computer. Print, sign and mail a hard copy of the completed form to the SCELC office at the mailing address noted below:
