SCELC Members are eligible to participate in the Reciprocal Interlibrary Loan (RILL) Program. Eligibility to participate in SCELC RILL was recently extended by the SCELC Board to include affiliate libraries participating in the Shared Print Program. This program is intended to facilitate free ILL of books and journal articles among participating SCELC libraries.
